Point Location

A: On the dorsum of the foot, 1.5 cun inferior to ST41, in the depression between the second and third metatarsals and cuneiform bone. Avoid the dorsal artery when needling.

B: On dorsum of the foot between the 1st and 2nd toes, proximal to the margin of the web at the junction of the red and white skin.

C: Anterior and Inferior to the medial malleolus in a depression on the lower border of the tuberosity of the navicular bone.

D: Anterior and inferior to the lateral malleous in a depression on the lateral side of the extensor digitorum longus tendon.

E: 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail on the lateral side of the small toe. contraindicated to needle during pregnancy.
