Point Location

A: At the superior border of the medial end of the clavicle between the sternal head and the clavicular head of the SCM.

B: On the lateral side of the abdomen, at the lower border of the free end of the 12th rib.

C: 1.5 cun lateral to midline level with the spinous process of L5.

D: At the superior border of the symphysis pubis, 5 cun below CV8, 0.5 cun lateral to CV2. (CV8 is at the center of the umbilicus)

E: Directly below the nipple, 4 cun lateral to the midline in the 6th intercostal groove.
