Point Location

A: With elbow flexed, the point is found 3 cun above the medial end of the transverse cubital crease in the groove medial to the biceps brachii.

B: In the middle of the transverse crease of the wrist between palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis tendons.

C: With a bent elbow, the point lies in the depression at the lateral end of the transverse cubital crease, midway between LU5 and the lateral epicondyle of the humerus.

D: 1 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist in the hollow on the lateral side of the radial artery.

E: 3 cun below TW14 on the posterior border of the deltoid muscle, on the line joining the olecranon and TW14.
